Terms of Service
Who we are
Address in Motion is a cinematic property-film studio operated by Angel Rodriguez Fernandez, based in Madrid, Spain (“we”, “us”). These terms govern any commission you place through addressinmotion.com. Contact: hello@addressinmotion.com.
What we offer
Two products, both built from photography you already own:
- Cinematic Film (€500). A 40–60 second Full HD film with a widescreen master and a vertical social edition, music, colour grade, transitions and finishing, your property or brand name on screen, and one focused revision.
- Private Launch (€950). Everything in Cinematic Film plus a bespoke editorial property page, a room-by-room gallery, your branding and enquiry path, a shareable link, and six months of hosting.
Founding-client prices are shown on the site and may change for future clients. The scope of each product is as described on the site at the time you order.
Ordering and payment
You commission a project by paying through our checkout, which is handled by Stripe. Payment is 100% upfront and in euros. After payment we email you to collect your materials. Where VAT/IVA applies, it is identified at checkout.
What you provide
To produce your project you send us your existing photographs, the property name and details, and optionally your logo. You confirm that you own or are licensed to use the materials you send us and that we may use them to produce and deliver your project. You are responsible for the accuracy of the property information you provide.
Delivery and revisions
We deliver a first cut within 48 hours of receiving your complete materials. One focused round of revisions is included. Turnaround assumes your materials are complete and usable; significant gaps or delays on your side extend it.
Right of withdrawal and cancellation
As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. However, our films and launch pages are created to your specifications and personalised to your property. By commissioning a project, paying, and sending us your materials so we can begin, you expressly request that we start production immediately and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal once production has begun — as permitted by Article 103 of the Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007) and Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83. Before production begins you may cancel for a full refund. Once we have started, fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or we agree otherwise at our discretion.
Ownership and use
On full payment, you receive the right to use the delivered film and launch page to market your property across your own channels. We keep ownership of our production methods and working project files. We may feature delivered work in our own portfolio and marketing — tell us in writing before we begin if you would prefer your project stay private, and we will keep it so.
Our responsibility
We deliver the creative work described with reasonable skill and care. We are not responsible for how a film performs commercially (bookings, sales, or enquiries), nor for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Spanish law, including your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
