Privacy Policy
Who we are
Address in Motion is a cinematic property-film studio operated by Angel Rodriguez Fernandez, based in Madrid, Spain (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for personal data collected through addressinmotion.com. For any question or request about your data, email hello@addressinmotion.com.
What we collect
- Enquiries. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email, the property or listing URL, the property location, and anything you write in your message.
- Commissions. When you commission a project you send us the materials needed to produce it — photographs, the property name and details, and optionally your logo. Payment is handled by Stripe; we receive confirmation and your name and email, but never your full card details.
- Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and cookieless. It reports aggregate figures (pages viewed, approximate country, device type, referrer) and does not build a profile of you or track you across other sites.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal — our legitimate interest and steps taken at your request before a contract.
- To deliver a commissioned film or launch page — performance of our contract with you.
- To take payment and keep accounting records — performance of a contract and our legal obligations.
- To understand aggregate site usage — our legitimate interest, kept to a cookieless, non-identifying minimum.
Who we share it with
We rely on a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf: Stripe (payment processing), Cloudflare (website hosting and cookieless analytics), and the providers we use to receive and reply to your messages. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to answer you and, if you commission a project, to deliver it. Invoicing and accounting records are kept for the period required by Spanish tax and commercial law. You can ask us to delete your data sooner where we are not legally required to keep it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@addressinmotion.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above shows the current version.
