Property marketing, reimagined
Casa Almendro leaves the polished modern villa behind. Its value lives in worn stone, modest openings, inherited objects, and the shade of an old garden.
The three-volume finca, room plan, shutters, loggia, and traditional pool were fixed first—then every scene was directed from that source of truth.
The complete residence
Architecture, atmosphere, and selling sequence directed as a single property story.
The residence, room by room

Casa Almendro · Alaró, Mallorca
Three compact limestone volumes sit inside almond and ancient olive groves beneath weathered terracotta roofs. Sage shutters temper the island sun; a narrow stone pool belongs to the old walled garden rather than the horizon.
Inside, lime plaster, chestnut beams, worn floors, walnut, linen, leather, and handmade ceramics give every room the patience of something assembled over generations.
Almond groves, the gravel arrival court, and a heavy oak door recessed in stone.
Lime-plaster salon, working kitchen, and the shaded south dining loggia.
A modest upstairs suite, compact stone bathroom, and the north library.
Traditional pool, dry-stone walls, olive shade, and final windows at blue hour.
